INFORMATION TO THE PARENTS / GUARDIANS
Parent/Guardians are requested to check the School Diary of their wards daily and see that lessons and homework assigned for the next day are done. Remarks made in the diary should be signed regularly. Students should be encouraged to be neat and tidy and all slovenliness should be firmly disapproved of.
The Personal Memo page should be carefully filled up by the parents.
If you observe that your child / ward is not assigned homework for sometime, or he/she is unable to follow the lessons, the Principal should be contacted. Private tuitions are discouraged.
Parents/Guardians should not visit the classrooms during class hours, except with the permission of the Principal. For any information regarding the school, contact only the school office during office hours.
A duplicate school diary can be purchased by the students only on a written request from the parents and with the permission of the Principal. A fine, plus the cost will be charged if the student has lost the following items:

Avoid criticism of teachers and the school, particularly in the presence of students. It could lead to lack of respect for the teacher and the student may even fail to gain the benefits of being taught. Bring legitimate complaints to the Principal without any fear of reprisal.
As your child/ward advances in age, guide him/her to become a resourceful and useful member of the home and of society. With this view in mind, students will be assigned various duties even manual work in the school. Encourage self-help for work and study. He/she should be taught to keep the room tidy, make his/her own bed, polish his/her own shoes, carry his/her own bag, etc. The formation of such habits early in life, inculcates in the student the idea of dignity of work, a fundamental personal virtue necessary for a successful career.
Often taking of your child/ward from classes for social functions is not recommended. It retards the child’s progress in school and minimises his/her respect for regular hard work resulting in failure to progress in his/her studies.
No child will be given fee concession or free ship as a matter of right except in the case of staff children as per the prescribed policy. Ours being a minority institution, many promotional programmes for the community are initiated and any liberal policy on fee concession will add to the financial burden of the School. On account of unforeseen tragedies or acute financial crisis if fee concession is granted to anyone it is need based and only restricted to one year. To avail such concession every year, parents will have to fill up the fee concession forms annually and our enquiry should confirm the financial status of the parents only then it will be granted.
Parents are requested to pay the fees on time. Reminder through the children is not desirable as it will put them in awkward position in front of their companions. However in case of failure to deposit the fees in time despite reminders by the school Authorities, the name of such students may be struck off from the rolls. Fee defaulters will not be allowed to write midterm or annual exams unless prior permission is granted by the Principal.
School Buses are available on the routes arranged by the School. It is not mandatory to avail School bus facilities or for the school to provide this facility for every possible location desired by parents.
Students should carry Bus passes daily and not permitted at any time short term changes of Bus ‘route or to travel in buses other than those allotted to them.
A student should not be taken off the bus at stops that they normally do not use each day nor at the school gate, In case of any serious need a letter from parents should be written to the principal a day in advance.
If a Bus stop is happened to be away from a student’s home, parents should make proper arrangement for pick up and drop on time. School Bus will not stop and wait at a particular stop beyond the allotted time.
Students should not travel on footboard of the Bus. Senior students should ensure that junior students are seated. Bus Routes details will be given later on
